Bookkeeping

IBS can arrange assistance from very basic bookkeeping needs to more advanced set ups involving inventory, foreign currency, multiple warehousing and of course reporting.  Although we specialise in medical practice accounts, we cater for all clients, especially those who may not have the space or facilities for an accounts person, through to the large corporate clients that requires a couple of days per week. 

Wage Processing

We process regular weekly, fortnightly, bi-monthly and monthly wages for a variety of industries and ensure that STP (Single Touch Payroll) guidelines are met, simply send through your timesheets or we'll get you set up on electronic time sheets.  The wages are processed, the payslips are sent and a bank file is sent to you to import into your bank automatically avoiding the need for IBS account access.

Certified DISC Facilitators

Infinity Business Solutions Pty Ltd also offers DISC assessments and workshops with you and your staff.  DISC is a personal behavioural assessment tool and remarkably valuable when reviewing your teams see our products page for more information.

Training

Infinity Business Solutions Pty Ltd offers one on one remote training for the various Software applications, either via Zoom or Team Viewer.

Support

Are you busy? Snowed under with work or is your accounts person heading away on leave?  We can provide you with a temporary, qualified person to help out, give us a call.

Document Binding Services

We offer a binding service for both coil and hardback/gum bound books, in a variety of colours and sizes for those special presentations.

Scanning Services 

Now that PDF records are acceptable to the ATO, you can get rid of all the paper.  Use our inhouse scanning services to electronically store your documents.  You supply the documents, we provide you with your information on a thumb drive.
